1. The membership
Outback Republic (the "Republic", "we", "us") offers a paid subscription that provides access to member-only content, partner discounts, community access and other standalone benefits as described on this site. Membership entitles eligible members to bonus automatic entries into our promotional draws; entries are a bonus, not the product sold.
Finders Keepers entries. Members earn draw entries for each active (paid-up) month at their tier's monthly rate. Entries accumulate and stay valid in every monthly draw for as long as the membership remains active. They are a free bonus of membership — every draw also has a free, no-purchase entry pathway with identical odds (see §4).
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and a resident of Australia to subscribe. Some draws may have additional state-specific eligibility rules — see each draw page for details.
3. Billing & auto-renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You'll be charged the tier price as displayed at the time you subscribed. Cancel anytime from your account page in one click. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first billing period, less the value of benefits already consumed.
4. The free-entry pathway
Every draw has a no-purchase-necessary free-entry pathway available at /free-entry. Free entries are drawn from the same pool as member entries and have identical odds of winning.
5. Permits
Each draw is conducted under the relevant state and territory trade-promotion permits. Permit numbers are published on each draw page and on all promotional material.
6. Prizes
Prizes are described on each draw page including approximate retail value (RRP). Where prizes include registered items such as vehicles or caravans, on-road costs and stamp duty are included unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prize transfer is by EFT or registered handover within 28 days of draw.
7. Conduct
One account per person. Multiple accounts, bulk-lodged free entries or attempts to game the draw mechanic will be disqualified.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding any claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your account address.
