Outback Republic is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

Identity (name, email, phone, address, DOB on prize claim), billing information (handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number), draw entry records, content engagement, support enquiries.

To run your membership, process payments, run our draws (including legal record-keeping obligations under state trade-promotion regulations), notify winners, and send you communications you've opted into.

Payment processors (Stripe), email infrastructure (Resend), analytics (PostHog), error monitoring (Sentry), and state regulators where required for permit acquittal. Some of these providers store data outside Australia; transfers are subject to APP 8 safeguards.

Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time without affecting your membership.
